Making a purchase

To make a purchase, view our products, and click on any item that you wish to buy and proceed with the shopping cart style purchase.

After finishing your selection, click on ORDER and you will be asked for your details so that we will be able to process and confirm your order.

Prices

The price for your goods includes standard packaging and delivery.

FineTreatment.com provides a secure payment system by utilizing Paypal for our online payments.

We also accept orders posted to us with payments by Western Union or MoneyGram.

Please ensure that you supply:

(a) The name of the product(s).

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your purchase within (2 – 3) working days of clearance of your order.

Items are sent via recorded delivery and a signature may be required. If the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery of your product, they will either deliver to a neighbor or leave a card at the address for the recipients to make contact.

If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to

FineTreatment.com and a charge will be made for:

(a) re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.

(b) any items that have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.

FineTreatment.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to:

Delays or failure to dispatch, resulting from any cause beyond it’s reasonable control, such as but not limited to, securing necessary export licenses, compliance with the laws of regulation, acts of god, acts of omission of the purchaser, acts of military authority, judicial action, defaults of subcontractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargos, wars or riots.

Damaged Goods

Our products are dispatched by specialist couriers to ensure careful handling and to eliminate delivery of damaged goods.

If the goods are damaged the customer should contact FineTreatment.com within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Returns Policy

It must be noted that Dr. Allen’s devices are for personal use, and once removed from its packaging and placed on the body, cannot be refunded.
