How much does Dr Allen's Device cost?

Our special online offer is that each Dr Allen’s Device costs only $165 US Dollars, with free worldwide delivery currently included into this price.

How can I order Dr Allen's Devices?

The easiest way is to place your order online via our secure Online Shop. You’ll find the whole selection of Dr Allen’s Devices available there.

If, for some reason, it is difficult for you to place your order online, please email us via the Contact page.

How can I pay for my order?

Normally, payment must be made online either by using a debit or credit card, or via a direct bank transfer to our business bank account. If online payment methods are not widely used in your country and you cannot make a card or bank payment, please email us via the Contact page to discuss alternative options.

Can I make a purchase over the telephone, or by sending my card details to you by email?

Yes. You can order your chosen Dr Allen’s Device by giving us your delivery and billing address, your card details, and your email address where your order confirmation will be sent. We will then process the payment through a bank terminal. (Note: the currency conversion will take place automatically.)

Is your online shopping secure?

Yes, online payments are securely processed by Stripe, an international payment system. Your card details are not disclosed at any time.

What is your delivery / shipping service?

We deliver via the Royal Mail Tracked service, and this delivery method is currently offered free of charge internationally.

If you require a special delivery, we can ship your order via DHL – but this will incur a full delivery charge, which typically ranges between $30-90 US Dollars, depending on your address. Please email us for a DHL quote via the Contact page.

Note: most of our customers choose free delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked service that we offer as standard and, currently, for free!

What is your return / refund policy?

You can return any item purchased on finetreatment.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

  • Send an email to us first, stating your order number and the reason for the return – either as a reply to your original order confirmation or via the Contact page.
  • Send the item back in the original order box (or any rigid carton box) to our address in the UK, and provide a parcel tracking number. You will be responsible for the return postage fees.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: Dr Allen’s Devices are for personal use and, once removed from its packaging and placed on the body, cannot be refunded.
